Happy Saturday 👋🏾 I decided to try Tabla Indian restaurant in Oviedo. On the walk-in as you can see in the pictures below, it is beautifully decorated, and it was nice and quiet when I went in. The music was not too loud, and there was ample space for large and small groups. I was seated in water was brought to my table and then she brought out their crackers that came with a chutney and a tamarin sauce. For my meal, I did order the garlic naan, butter chicken, and it came with rice. Now for the butter chicken, you were able to choose your spice level. I did choose medium. The food came out maybe after five minutes I will say the butter chicken was very good. The garlic naan was amazing. The rice was rice. The only thing I wanted it to be maybe a little bit more hot. I only wish that I have tried the regular naan to see which one was better but the garlic naan was really good. Overall, I give this Tabla Indian restaurant in Oviedo 5 out of 5. Job well done. I will return and try different items so I can freely say I did order and try other items.

Staff and food were amazing. We will definitely be back. They were very helpful to let us know what was dairy free for one of the people in our party.

The food was very delicious. We came around 5:30, and only one other table was sat. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were inviting. It took maybe 40 minutes to get our food, which was a bit too long of a wait, but they were attentive when waiting to take our order. They suggested medium spice, which was perfect! I have had a lot of Indian food so I knew what to expect, but just know that medium is very spicy. The portions were the perfect size and the flavors were vibrant. It was not too expensive either. I would come back here.

Came early at opening. Stood at the entrance for five mins waiting to be seen. No one inside except one loan table. We asked to sit outside and were obliged. However we were not given any cutlery or plates. So as soon as the food came we sat across from each other for another 6/7 mins before I got up and went and got some from a different table. After another 12 mins our waitress came back and noticed we didn’t even have proper plates and finally brought some. Food was alright. Although if you’re not native to India it’s hard to know what to order. My friends food was extremely spicy hot but she said it was good. Spice level she got was normal. I just didn’t care for the big push at the end for us to leave a review. Especially after the service was lacking. All in all not a bad place to go for a bite. I’m sure during busier hours service is better.

This place is amazing!!! I love Indian food and ordered their butter chicken and it was perfect! Their lunch special comes with so many different things to try. The manager came over to visit with us, he was wonderful! Our waitress Sushma she made sure everything was perfect and checking in on us and shared where in India her family is from. My new favorite place in Oviedo at the Park. Now to take a nice still after around the lake.
